2023/2024 Food Dudes Programme

As part of the revised Food Dudes Programme, rewards have been sourced from recyclable and other eco-friendly materials where appropriate. This includes:

  • Aluminium bottles - with recylable PP lid
  • Ruler pencils – FSC approved materials
  • Wooden Colouring Pencils
  • Fruit and vegetables sticky notes- made from recycled paper
  • Rewards for pupils with additional needs include sensory light ball, single compartment lunchbox
  • Soft fruity toy & digital stop watch

The Food Dudes Healthy Eating Programme is managed by Bord Bia in Ireland and is funded by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine with support from the European Union under the School Fruit and Vegetables Scheme.
